On the rear of the Botany View Hotel are several prominent figures who have been implicated in the Epstein file releases. The setting is on the luxurious Little St James or Epstein Island in the Caribbean with the mysterious blue striped temple in the background.
The "Island Boys" featured in the artwork are from left to right:
- Randy Andy (Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor) crouching in a dog pose
- Bill Gates depicted with a large belly resembling the Apple emoji, after being tweeted by Elon Musk
- Jeffrey Epstein mostly bare naked with Israel-themed underwear resembling his connection to Israeli intelligence, holding Andy's leash
- Donald Trump standing close to Epstein in a signature pointing pose
- Bill Clinton (Bubba) portrayed in a blue dress as from a commissioned painted by Epstein
- Ghislaine Maxwell, although not an Island Boy, depicted in bondage gear who was involved in sex trafficking of women
