This piece encompasses design elements of the Wiradjuri culture, focusing on the layering of country, land, water, air, and community. Depictions of Baa-lun (Dharawal word for mangroves), sand and earth which can be found in abundance in the Como area. Wuri, wuriyiribulay is a celebration of place and nature, being a central point of connection between not only waterways and locations, but different cultures.
