Part of the NSW Government's Graffiti Management Grant program to reduce vandalism from council facilities. This undersea themed mural is painted on the amenities block at Tom Uglys Point Reserve, inspired by its waterfront location. A turtle and lion fish are primarily featured, with other fish and a background which features a manta ray and sunken ship.
