A collaboration from several childcare centres within the Georges River Council area, as well as student representatives from Blakehurst Public School and St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, which was designed by the artist as a council employee. The initiative included more than 500 local children, with many designs painted on small mosaic tiles, framed by patterns that resemble water.
