Preschool Mural

The children of Kurri Kurri Preschool have created their impressions of Australian native animals after listening to Aboriginal dreamtime stories. The artist has worked with the children and their own artwork to create a jigsaw puzzle effect incorporating their interpretation of the Laughing Kookaburra being woven into the dreamscape from moonlight to the rising sun.

It is a powerful explosion of colour showing indigenous animals over a huge canvas with a brilliant background of yellow and orange. It is truly an exceptional work with great street appeal.
