The Pot

A large concrete reservoir standing over the village of Tallong which was built in 1916. The Paint-the-Pot project was commissioned by the Tallong Community Focus Group and was completed in April 2009, with ideas mainly provided by students from Tallong Public School.

The artwork is predominantly blue, representing the sky above with Barbers Creek below, with many gum trees, local birds and animals also dotted across the scene.
