A living memory to the many people, including 88 Australians who were killed during a bomb attack in Bali on 12 October 2002. Prominently featured is a young 15-year old girl Chloe Byron, a local to Bondi who grew up on the beach and participated in many local activities. Droogie led several artists with the support of the Byron family to paint a memorial to the memory of each of those who passed away in this tragedy.
The artwork features a list of several names, a surfer angel spreading love, a portrait of Chloe at the centre, and a memorial to Chloe panning out to Bondi Beach, all framed by many frangipani flowers, white doves and dolphins.
