Welcome to Street Art NSW. By using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use, which are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
Use the Site lawfully. Don't post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive or infringes anyone's intellectual property; don't harass, abuse or harm others; and don't disrupt the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access.
You may submit photos and other content, provided you own it or have permission to submit it. You choose the licence your photo is published under, and it also covers the versions we make for display, such as resized, cropped and thumbnail versions. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, adapt and distribute your content on the Site and our affiliated platforms. Submissions are reviewed for accuracy and legality, and not all will be published.
We will take down your photo on request. Removal from the Site doesn't affect copies others have already obtained under a Creative Commons licence, as those licences can't be revoked.
Unless credited otherwise, photos on the Site are taken by Street Art NSW and licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0, including any derivative versions. You may share and adapt them for non-commercial purposes, with credit to Street Art NSW and a link to the licence. Photos credited to others carry their own licence, shown in each photo's details. For commercial use, please contact us.
These licences cover the photographs only. Each artwork shown remains the copyright of its artist, and any use of an artwork beyond sharing the photo, such as on merchandise or in advertising directly requires the artist's permission. The Street Art NSW name and logo, and the Site's design and code, may not be used without permission.
The Site links to websites we don't control, including artist pages, social media, maps and photo credits. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link isn't an endorsement. You visit them at your own risk and under their own terms.
The Site is provided "as is", without warranties, and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, and you agree to indemnify Street Art NSW against claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
